You take offense, you reply, you feed people ammunition about yourself when the better decision would be to ignore them - You are a troll's smorgasboard.
This is the internet. People will be rude, offensive and aggressive, and if you don't learn to stand back, keep quiet and let things go, you will not last long here.

For example, announcing your mental condition is a no-no. No one here cares but those who would want to use it against you.
Now apply that logic to anything else that people could possibly dislike you for - you'll find that there's plenty that you can still keep to yourself.
