Hello everyone. It's this time again when we near the next "stable" release of Doomseeker. This time however we're done with "Betas" and "0.x" versions and we finally move on to version 1.0. For us this means that the API utilized by plugins for game engines such as Odamex and Zandronum is now more-or-less stable and will not undergo any significant changes that could break existing plugins in the future. For you, the program got some more new features and fixes.

While we do continuous testing with our "beta" update channel, we'd also like to ask you to go through the program and try to verify at least some of the issues reported here:
Zandronum's tracker link

Windows users can obtain the newest build by either using this download URL: doomseeker 0.12.2 Beta-150128-1613.zip or by switching to "beta" auto-update channel in "Options -> Configure -> Auto Update" and then selecting "Check for Update" option in the "Help" menu.

Linux users will have to compile from source code:

Kindly thanks in advance.

I've noticed doomseeker does not properly close sometimes, and it just happened even with the latest update. I see it in task manager still using up memory, sometimes more than one instance, I don't know how to reproduce this.

In fact I just checked now and.. yeah:

:(

edit: having said that, it's possible these processes are old ones from before the update.
