I am not exactly sure if you are openly magnanimous but I am of the same mindset at times. I think certain people deserve some sort redeeming opportunity otherwise they'll end up ban evading ad infinitum under different names.
I am interested in the revival of a long dead Kirbonium clan. What exactly sparked this resurrection? I was sure Alien wouldn't do it again, not that I mind of course. I rather see 6 clans than 2.

You know a lot of people (some I know) will shit on you but that is probably the most profound reasoning you've ever had. You are right and that history and reputation will probably earn you a little more than a fresh start in this day and age. Well you know I hope the best for this incarnation like the last, but please don't split up again like before. I am weary of the whole "euro divide" story where every clan breaks cause the same people come and go.

As much as I'd like to ban Fatelord, the repulsive little c|_|nt that he is... I don't think multiclanning is a valid reason to ban him. As far as I know Alex said he's unbanned as of December.

Multi-clanning as a concept by itself obviously shouldn't be a bannable offense in regards to all servers including public and non-competitive servers, sure. However in the private competitive scrim scene, and more specifically in the server clusters associated with it, I don't think very many players would be opposed to an official rule allowing players to claim membership to only one competitive clan at a time. Although considering the activity level of things it probably doesn't matter too much outside of a few isolated incidents such as this one.
Refusing to identify as well as lying about who he was should definitely be a bannable offense, though. Especially if he's done this more than once recently.

What? Just let the clans decide if multiclanning is acceptable and if VGL and their brass don't want Fatelord in then there you go. There's no need for legal red tape.
