No one needs a ZDW clan on the forums.
V is a ZDW clan that has been revived 100 times.

And who are you to judge that? There is absolutely nothing preventing them from advertising the clan here. Every clan has their own specialty and most just happen to be CTF-oriented.

Yep, doesn't matter what kind of clan you are, EVERYONE should be allowed to advertise their clan regardless of what they play.
