Isn't this just SK, only with one or two new members? I don't really see the logic in making new clans every 3 months which all seem to have pretty much the exact same members as the previous clan, aswell as the same skill standard and longevity as before ... Why not just carry on spider's legacy and take over SK, or before that take over what mere had with TE/J? Anyway I dont intend to bring you guys down, I was just curious. Good luck and whatnot anyway

He just killed it off, without asking if we were gonna continue SK or who wants to be the new leader. Plus, with this system, everyone votes for the coming of a new player into our clan and for someone to be kicked for being to hated. More YES than NO? Player is in/kicked (depending on what kind of vote)
If anything wrong happens in the clan, Me and mere will be occupied with it (Ex: Bringing clan's rep down by trolling, infights, etc.).
