Seems to be something similar to what Club> was, most likely a group deal.
Projects completed : PROCTF, Jump Maze, Tricky ST, RJX, RJX Remastered, Jump Maze X
Newest Project : Nothing at present, potentially a JM1 update.

They aren't going to scrim MiFU, lol. This should have a whole name, and with those letters, something hilarious and ridiculous could be made. No that wouldnt make this a more joke clan, because HURR is already kind of jokie sounding.mifu wrote:Yea it does seem like it, anyways hope you guys get new members so we can scrim.Cyber wrote: Seems to be something similar to what Club> was, most likely a group deal.

Honestly this is turning into something I'm regretting because I'm being mocked over something I'm trying to start.

I wasnt saying you had to, i was just saying that it would be fun to see what the letters of HURR could made into.
Then I'm not telling this clan if you're scrimming or not.CuddlyZebesian wrote: But I'm not looking for scrims.

Never doubt a clan name. I am pretty sure they will scrim anyone once they get a number of members.n3mesis wrote:They aren't going to scrim MiFU, lol. Well... if you had a proper clan base, actually have the intention of being in the compet scene AND didn't contradict yourself in many ways... MAYBE you wouldn't be joked at.CuddlyZebesian wrote: Honestly this is turning into something I'm regretting because I'm being mocked over something I'm trying to start.

RE: <HURR>
He is actually right. If you're clan is tagged competitive, then other clans are going to challenge you then be quite disappointed because you are not even ready to scrim or participate in clan wars.Reach Term wrote:Well... if you had a proper clan base, actually have the intention of being in the compet scene AND didn't contradict yourself in many ways... If you had off said that once you say get more members, you will get into the field of the competitive scene or whatever and start looking to scrim other clans, people will understand.
This is also advice which is designed to try to help you out. You do not need to take this advice but it will help you out with your clan.
RE: <HURR>
No, those were just examples listed, you don't have to be one or the other. If you hang out and play mods, but aren't looking for scrims, your clan should not be listed as competitive, you should list your clan as what you called it, a "chill clan" and put in the OP what you mean by that. You can list what mods you like to play and what kind of members you're looking for. It really will help, and remove all the trolls zanDramaing it up in here.CuddlyZebesian wrote: Well there's only two classes, and we're not development.
Sorry.
In my opinion, your clan should be listed like I said, and all the posts after the OP should be split.
The entire thing going on here that no one seems to understand is that "old" members don't consider gamemodes that aren't CTF to be competitive, while you want to be competitive in those gamemodes. You could simply list that you want to find members who are good at playing X mods, but aren't currently interested in CTF scrims.

RE: <HURR>
If, hypothetically, you scrimmaged only in things that are not CTF (which you did not say is the case), I would still recommend you classify that as "competitive." I know a few CTF clans that would still be happy to scrim on whatever.

I'm NOT saying I'm not scrimming permanently, I'm merely looking for more players. And we're not restricted to CTF either, and the old members can say what they want but there IS a competitive air in some mods, especially when it comes to AOW. Sure people mock the mode but AOW encourages teamwork and actually strategizing, which (no offense) CTF doesn't do all that much. Hell I was in a public CTF last night and all it consisted of was blowing people's heads off, but that could've been the amount of people on the server as well.

Feels like people are taking this WAAAY too seriously. Just a clan/group that's been made.
Anyway hope this goes well for you.
