Format:
Name - Hostmask/IP (if needed) - Reason - Date suspended or banned - Date to be unbanned.
Suspensions/Bans are arranged in chronological order. Any suspension or ban in italics or strike-through has expired or been overturned.
Note: Unless otherwise noted, listed bans are permanent.
Automated suspensions/bans are not listed here, they are only listed if they are manually issued, spambots are not listed for example.
Users are only listed here if their account itself is suspended or banned, users with moderated or suspended posts (automatically or manually issued) are not listed here.
