After the big success that was DCWC 2018, members of our Discord have been made aware that CTF Tendency is returning from its slumber! I'll be providing the general gist of it in this post.
What is CTF Tendency?
CTF Tendency is a biweekly pick-up CTF tournament series hosted on Saturdays at 8:00 PM EST. Teams are assembled by way of an auction draft. Tournament format will be either round robin or double-elimination, depending on the amount of teams present. Servers, maps and ruleset details to come when sign-ups open, but rest assured it won't be anything far removed from the standard. It really isn't complicated at all!
What does "Season 1" entail?
There will be eight independent tournaments in total, running from November 2018 to February 2019. This serves as the intermediary ("off-season") timespan between DCWC 2018 and DML 2019, whose details I will disclose next month. The plan is to have a "Season 2" take place between DML 2019 and DCWC 2019, but that's going to take a while still, so no guarantees on that as of yet. The calendar is as follows:

CTF Tendency S1T2: December 1st, 2018
CTF Tendency S1T3: December 15th, 2018
CTF Tendency S1T4: December 22nd, 2018
CTF Tendency S1T5: January 12th, 2019
CTF Tendency S1T6: January 19th, 2019
CTF Tendency S1T7: February 2nd, 2019
CTF Tendency S1T8: February 16th, 2019
