Zandronum worked fine on Windows 8.1. Ever since upgrading I get this on EVERY server I join. I already turned Windows Firewall off and put my computer in the DMZ on my router:

Perhaps try checking the Unblock checkbox

Solved it. The wifi drivers from my manufacturer were no good, I found some MSI drivers for the same Wifi card(I don't own an MSI) and when I forced them to install it worked.
