Got it all figured out. I was going to delete this thread since I figured it out on my own, but I can't seem to figure out how. It errors and tells me i dont have permission to delete

No need. We prefer to archive threads instead of deleting them. (BTW the solution was to restart Doomseeker to make WadSeeker recognize the new sv_website on the server.)
