I have searched over internet and have asked in discord: sv_banlistreparsetime doesn't make server reload banlist.txt. Maybe I'm missing something? Have tried 3.0 server on Win 10, 3.0.1 server on Ubuntu 18.04, 3.1-alpha-r200501-1847 server on Linux Mint 19.3.
I lauched two servers that use one and the same banlist.txt file. Used "+set sv_banlistreparsetime 1". Added a test ban on one server (left console on the pic below), the other server didn't refresh bans. The manual ReloadBans command works fine.
Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you!
