I want to create my own server to play, but I don't know how to do it.

Hi guys, I am new to the Zandronum community. I have played good American, Brazilian and other servers for several years, but I would like to create my own server to play with my friends, since some of them are very slow and have a high ping. This is why I want to create my own server. I was recently reading a toturial for newcomers, but I did not understand anything, I was completely square.
So I am asking the zandronum community to please help me and to make me understand everything that is needed to create these types of servers.
