need help installing mods for brutal doom zandronum

so i watched a few videos and none of them help me with my issue.

so i wana play brutal doom with more classes and play brutal doom with map packs using zandrnum

i have samsara v 0.3 wad

and i want a new hud

i tried putting the pk7 into the skins folder and its not working
also im wondering how im supposed to play brutal doom with a map pack using zandronum

maybe somone can write a tutorial for these 3 things or direct me been searching google and youtube for hours no luck.

Okay, here's the rundown.

Your skins folder is a folder that zandronum will always run, originally intended for, you guessed it, player skins for multiplayer. You can load things this way, but you'll be constantly shuffling things in and out of that folder every time you want to play something else. So if you have Samsara and Brutal Doom in there, they're not compatible with each other. Remove one or the other, then launch.

Usually, people use launcher programs to make things easier, even Doomseeker works. Here's one. Should be pretty self-explanatory. An IWAD is your game (Doom 1, Doom 2, Heretic, etc), and a PWAD is a patch wad, meaning your maps and mods.

Putting Brutal Doom in your skins folder is a really bad idea that Sgt Mark should never have suggested. It makes you locked in to playing only Brutal Doom, and no other mod. There are lots of other fun mods to play, and most of them won't work with BD in the skins folder, like Samsara, Complex Doom, my own OPWeapons ;) and many others.
