Need help with a FATAL error!

Hello everyone, im new here and I would like to ask help for a fatal error in Zandronum.

FIrst, I am trying to run a mod for Strife. Since the mod's forums are dead/there isn't any websites for strife/the problem only appears in Zandronum, I came here.
Im trying to run "Strife Overhaul", but this fatal error appears:

Script error, "StrifeOverhaul.pk3:decorates/weapons/base.txt" line 38:
Invalid state parameter {

I already have the newest version of Zandronum.

Also, I downloaded a file called "Zandronum Patch" for the mod, but it didn't fix anything.

it says that it works with GZDoom 3.1.0, download that and see if it works here is a link to the github page for gzdoom releases, you will have to scroll down some to get to 3.1.0 https://github.com/coelckers/gzdoom/releases

I know it works with GZDoom 3.1.0, but I wanted to run it with Zandronum, for multiplayer purposes. I contacted the creator and he told me he's going to make a Zandronum version in the future. If anyone knows how to fix that tho, tell me!
