As soon as he finished installing Zandronum with administrator privileges, the server browser shows the message he's banned from the master server. The thing is, he has never played this before (we even just heard of it today), so it caught us by surprise seeing only him had this problem. I'll be leaving the screenshot of the message here, I also have the one with the public IP address in case any of the staff requires it.
Any option of what to do here? And in case it's an actual ban, any way to whitelist him?
