Help making my own Server

It's been 4 months, i tryied everything but i still can't create my own server, i've already do port forwarding and update zandronum; could somebody help me?

Use Doomseeker, which comes bundled with Zandronum, to launch your server. You can easily set all the settings in its menus to configure the server. There's no messing with command lines needed.
