How do I do that in DoomSeeker?

Click on Options.
Select Configure.
Select Custom Servers.
Click Add.
Click on the empty IP address that was just added and type in the IP for the server.
If needed, change the port number to fit the server.
The server you added will always appear on the top of the server list, highlighted in orange.
