zdoom and gzdoom stuck on low priority

The day and week before zdoom and gzdoom was just working fine for me. I spend a lot of time moding some brutal doom marines and sometimes playing some zdoom online. Until today it was running slow I checked in my tesk manager and I saw that zdoom and gzdoom was running on low priority. Every time I try to fix It still runs on low priority is there a bug that I need to fix?

yea cuz zandronum should be high priority for u not its singleplayer lesser sisters

Actually I don't think it's the low priority problem I think it's has something to do with openGL if I just start the game not press a single button works fine. But if I press a key the whole game freezes so is there a way I can fix it?
