Either your internet connection is unstable OR you are running a mod that's causing you to get disconnected.

Yeah that happens to me sometimes when I am using wifi, if you are using wifi, you might want to switch to an Ethernet connection, especially if there is a lot of traffic on your network via wifi, it's a lot faster you'll find, it's also good for when you want to host open lobbies on certain console games.

this happen only when im playing in a map with lots of monsters acting at once... are u sure this is a connection problem ? if not then what and how to fix it ? can i unlimit the kick range for that ping?

That sounds like this problem, which will be fixed in 3.0, or at least greatly improved.

does the alpha 3.0 fix this problem? if so.. just extract the file the the folder? cuz i did that and it fcked the online system for doom... i had to re-install the game

Believe it or not, 3.0 is so big a change over 2.1.2 that it uses an incompatible networking protocol.

You're connecting to a 2.1.2 version server while you're using 3.0 (alpha) so of course it wouldn't work.
You could always try and keep on connecting to the server until it works.
