Hey guys, I'm having a really weird problem with brutal doom. It doesn't seem to be working. Its weird because it worked the first time i downloaded it, but no it doesn't . And some weird error pops up which says unknown doomer class?? what does that mean??

Let's go down a list here to make sure you did it right.

-Where'd you get Brutal Doom?
-Did you move anything after playing?
-Are you sure the file name is "brutal19.pk3"?
-If there are multiple WADs involved, are you ordering them properly?

We should create a sticky post to quick troubleshoot list for Brutal Doom problems. This could minimize the count of these topics.

And it looks like you have either downloaded bad WAD file, or you forgot to load something else along with it. There is too little information provided.
We would appericiate these:

• Screenshot of problem
• List of wads downloaded
• Exact message that pops out
• More in depth information about the problem

To answer all your questions:
-I downloaded it from moddb
-I followed the installation instructions and moved brutal doom to the skins folder (I am using a mac btw)
-yes the file name is brutal19.pk3
-I only have the doom 2 WAD and ultimate doom

Noooooooo no no no no. Bad.

Mods do NOT go in the Skins folder. They go in the folder where Doom2.wad and your other wads are.
