Keep getting <NO RESPONSE> for Grandvoid servers

I have had this problem since I recently upgraded to zandronum. I have tried everything I can think of. It is not the ISP, I have an updated IP2C and master address It is just Grandvoid servers which has Zombie Horde and Who dun it (some of my favourite mods) Please help.

You might verify that you're using master.zandronum.com:15300 as the master server address, and you can ping 94.229.74.178 (Grandvoid UK). Try the older version of Doomseeker/IDE that you were using with Skulltag, to see if they actually work. Sorry I can't be more help. :/

It must be something on your side. Try playing around with "Query" settings in config. Perhaps you did already and set the values incorrectly. If not, you may try to increase number of tries (default: 3) or delay between tries (default: 1000). Batch size should be 30.

None of that worked but on a whim I tried individually refreshing and it worked so thanks for the help anyway.

I think you may be using IDE and you were pressing "Refresh filtered servers" instead of "Refresh all servers"?
