Where's the source for the Win32 installer?

I can't find it in the BitBucket repo and I'd like to take a look at what it modifies for a mod I'm cooking up.

I think Wartorn made that and it is separate from the source

Yes, Wartorn is the one who took care of the Win32 installer and has the latest source.
