Creating a server, need some help please!

Hey gang. I recently got Zandronum and also just downloaded Doomseeker, my goal here is to start a new Hexen co-op game with my friend. Problem is I do not know how to setup a server. I tried google and looked around on forums here but not much help. Can someone help me out?

Ok just follow my steps:
1) go to Doomseeker
2)click create server
3)setup the Iwads and Pwads and add Rules and Maps
4)click master broadcast note: if you want to play with your friend LAN click "lan broadcast"
5)forward your ports on your ROUTER
6)click "start server"
7) now you are done!
Note: Turn off your firewalls
