Controls

Hello, I just found this Zandronum program and thought I'd give it a go, so I bought the Heretic + Hexen Collection on Steam.
When I was starting Hexen up on Zandronum (Thanks to a video telling me how) I realized that I forgot to change the controls because you know... Hexen controls.
I looked all over the Zandronum launcher to try and find a thing to change my controls and found nothing. I then went on Google to search how to enable proper mouse support but I'm apparently the only person in the world that doesn't know how so there was nothing to be found there either.

TL;DR
How do I change my game controls? Halp plz.

It's not in the launcher. In Zandronum's main menu, go to options, and from there to customize controls.

Launch Zandronum and hit Escape to get to its main menu. Alternatively run the Zandronum exe you had installed.

I already set Hexen as my IWAD in the Create Server thing as shown here:
http://puu.sh/1eaOw
If I try to delete the path that the IWAD is set to and exit the Create Server menu, it's just going to set itself to Hexen again.
If I run Zandronum.exe it's going to start Hexen.

EDIT: Dang, Catastrophe posted while I was typing. :P
EDIT EDIT: Following Catastrophe's advice, I got some easier controls going and a resolution that doesn't make my monitor borders clip with the menu/HUD. Speaking of HUD, how do I get one that looks like this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nyAsMll_EYM

Press the minus key and plus keys a few times (the ones next to Backspace) to toggle the screen settings

Thoinks! :)
I also have some really strange looking FOV (is that what you call this?) things going on when I look up and down, here are some pics:

Then I walked up to it and looked up.

As you can see, Things get stretched out when having them in view and looking upwards. Is this normal?

You are running Software mode. Software mode is the original rendering scheme of idTech1 engines.
You can go into the menu, -> Options -> Set Video Mode -> change Renderer to OPENGL if you have a decent computer it should work.

How looking up and down works in Software is really a gross hack that distorts the view because vertical lines remain vertical and do not change their angle.
