I've been trying to log back into my account on the non-forum side of the site, I don't remember my password. I filled out the password reset form multiple times with the correct info and have never received an e-mail to reset my password.

Which non-forum side? The tracker, wiki, or auth server? All use different accounts (yes it's annoying).
