Black screen error

Whenever I run the Zandronum and try to enter any server, the screen gets entirely black although the game is running.
The thing is that it only happens with the zandronum launcher so I don´t think it´s a resolution problem or something.
Does anyone knows why does this happens? (Also excuse me for my bad english)
