I see servers I can't join with 3.1-alpha-r211211-2134 and i cant seem to find the file anywhere to the engine?

There is no "3.1-alpha-r211211-2134", however there is a 3.1-r211211-2135, and it is the release version of Zandronum 3.1. You can find it as the only release available on the download page.
