My pk3 i made has a blank ghost pk3

Hello, i updated my one wad a long time ago and it seems to have a ghost no one has ever seen before.
It loads even before the base wad and only for clients connecting so they get a mismatch and cannot connect due to it.
It's been driving me bonkers what light decorate editing and some acs removal can do to entirely try to load an nonexistent pk3.
The ghost pk3 has no name other then .pk3 and no matter what i do it just doesn't want to work and i fear this entire update is actually cursed by whatever god hated me that day.
Anyone ever hear of something like this?
