No multiplayer weapons in coop

Hey, I've wanted to setup server to play with my friend. I think I managed to make it visible and all but no matter which console command I use, and no matter whether I choose or unchoose a Flag "disabling" multiplayer weapons they do not despawn. I don't really know what to do, If I missed some important info let me know, and I'll try to provide it

some setting changes require a map change to take effect, so try typing in the server console: map map01
