this is my log and whenever i load onto a server i get the protected lump error- every wad id is the same when i download them, help please?

Possibility 1:
Your Doom2.wad is not the "true" Doom2.wad being used by everyone else. I've heard this can happen to players who get Doom2 via Doom3 BFG Edition or Doom Eternal (thanks again Bethesda). The MD5 should be [25e1459ca71d321525f84628f45ca8cd].


Possibility 2:
You have mods in your "Skins" folder that should not be in there.

sorry for going for so long.
it probably is, as on doomseeeker i have freedoom set to a doom2 alias. ima buy ultimate doom and doom 2 on steam then check back, thanks!
