Missing libwadseeker.dll File

I've been trying to use doomseeker but every time I try to launch it the app tells me that "libwadseeker.dll" isn't found on my computer. I've deleted and redownloaded doomseeker multiple times and I don't see any way to download this specific file from the website. Any ideas?

It should be in the zip archive you downloaded.
