i was banned from master server for no reason

when i went into doom seeker i got the message " Zandronum: You have been banned from master server. You may contact Zandronum staff about this through IRC: irc.zandronum.com #zandronum or on the forum: https://zandronum.com/forum." and no servers were showing up, i have no idea why its was working before. is there a way i can get unbanned? thanks
