Invasion wave number is not being read. (CMPGNINF)

What must i do to set up a server... or play an Invasion wad ?
The question sounds really simple, but here is the thing.
When you play Delta Invasion, it has this campagne lump, which says its about invasion mode.

But its not reading the wave ammount.

The map NEVER ends....
How am i able to put up a server like this...?
