Whats the CTF password?

Theres always only 1 game on, and theres always a password, and I never know the password and no one plays on any other CTF games.

Is there anyway I can get the password for that game or is it an inner circle type thing where only the very elite zandronum members and frag masters can get in?

Edit 2: Some private CTF servers have a join password but no connect password. When a server only has a join password, that means you can connect to the server and spectate, but you can't join a team and play unless you have the password.
