Can't alt-tab out of zandronum

When zandronum is full screen, i cannot alt-tab to get back to my other programs (which makes streaming zandronum almost impossible given i have 1 monitor). Any fix for this? im on linux (solus) if thats of any significance

Solution is VirtuaWIn for Win 7 which also works for Windows 10. Aims at having different desktops so in desktop 1 is discord or teamspeak, in desktop 2 is fullscreen game, etc..
Once installed, You choose in setup 4 wide by 1 Deep and you switch desktops with control alt arrows .. looks like more efficient than alt-tabbing.
