Sorry to be a Negative Nancy, but Plague sucks (if it's the same Plague wad I'm thinking of). It's really unbalanced and crashes often, IIRC.
Reinforcements: midgame Survival joining/respawning
Doom64: Unabsolved: Doom64 + Diablo II
ZandroSkins: a pack made by our community
AeniPuffs: 3D blood and bullet puff effects, free to use for your own mods
Squad Radio: a WASD-based radio chat menu, add your own custom sounds!

Ivan's apparently modified it, so that may not be the case

It's great, and much appreciated that Ivan put forth the effort to make Plague work significantly better than before. I would only like to put forth the observation that what he modified was a heavily outdated version. I'm not sure whether the newer version shares any of the issues plague v2 does, although I do know that most of the projects contents were if not completely organized, better organized, and had replaced nearly the entire enemy mass with custom monsters, not originating from R667. I realize it's a little late now, but if anyone is interested of having or using the newer version, plagueR-alpha-27.zip is available here.

It's alright; I asked Ivan to make the changes on this version - I updated the OP to use this version. Thank you for the link!

EDIT: Today's event was very challenging at the start - this led to numerous issues with the event, such as sv_maxlives being set to one. I updated the OP to reflect the new DMFLAGS2 and with sv_maxlives being two instead of one.
