After careful consideration, and with the agreement of the majority of other captains, I've decided to ditch the group stage altogether. To play 10 games in just two weeks was a rather unrealistic goal to fulfill, and since I'd rather avoid a mess of forfeits, I turned the tournament into a double elimination (as opposed to single elimination) bracket, in a similar fashion to how CTF Tendency operated. So this will provide 8 games over the course of 3 weeks, which should be more than enough to get those games done! I hope this change will prove beneficial to all teams.

Can't speak for Zakken himself, but I have a feeling this tourney might be over. He will be inactive for a while, and since games haven't been played for weeks anyway, I think it's safe to say Spring Majors 2016 is dead.
