Yup, I ran through these maps and they're some of the worst I've seen in terms of DM. All those textures but most of the maps use a single or maybe a few Doom 2 textures spammed on the floors, ceilings, and walls, and even then there are still unknown textures. The maps are structurally unappealing and have no flow. There seems to have been no thought put into the creation or testing of these maps for DM. Maps also look terrible in Software and there are even things that break in Software (skies, sloped 3D floors, fog).

I tested these with an open mind as I always do with anything, but I also just downloaded 101 MB of content that is more closely related to a terry wad than a Zandronum DM pack. Take Decay's advice and start over.

Isn't the 1st and 3rd screenshots from the same map? I saw that in QC:DE. Wasn't it made by someone else? Interesting.

"fixed"

you can't fix these. they are honest to god some of the most horrific maps i've seen in years. Doomkid and I have been hosting a weekly session on bad maps, and I would not even want to host these. Nobody would want to play them other than 1 time to laugh at them.
i understand ur concern but we can handle it :v:

Decay, Thank you so much for your feedback. Our community has been working hard on this project for the past 9 months and it has been quite a learning experience! I am so pleased that our mappack has created such a visceral reaction within you. It is good to know that there are people like you out there looking at every project and painstakingly scrutinizing there content. Within 5 minutes of the release you were able to play through all 20 maps and open our project up in Slade and give us your full thumbs down of disapproval. You are a blessing to the Doom community! I look forward to getting your feedback on future mappacks as it appears that you care so much. Your input is duly noted and will be taken into full consideration upon its actual release. Furthermore, I would love if you came back to our discord and continued spamming hate. We don't get enough of that these days, so your presence will be sorely missed!

There's your reason for dumping. Do not repost this unless you remove those mp3s.
