Suggestions for public CTF

Suggestions for public CTF:
1. Put the voice as on ZDaemon that plays samples when someone is killed (it's heard by all players near that spot and the killer plays that sample). On ZDaemon there are protoss, darth vader, homer simpson etc. (our priv guys who play there as well know what i am talking about)
2. You can't choose team you would like, instead you have just "JOIN GAME", after what you choose your voice mentioned on 1. and your team is selected by auto with team balance.
You are absolutely equal to all others as the player and the time you joined doesn't make difference (on the contrary to All Out War 2 where it does). If you decide to team stack even regardless of this, there will be 45 seconds delay between your attempt to choose team, enough to discourage your stacking attempt.

^This, I love those voices. Especially the protoss one!
Maybe make another wad or something.

But why just public CTF? Do it for all competitive game-modes. (in reference to the automatic kill taunts).
I think the anti team stack would be a nice feature.

There is a flag that makes the server automatically put you on a team, but I don't think it prevents you from just spectating and joining the other, and the anti-teamstacking stuff would be nice. (better be disable-able though)

This can be done easily with basic decorate and some ACS, though it should be put in the skins folder cause I don't want to really hear that when I play pub

I think theres a CVAR for this but it's just not enabled.

Autobalancing needs a bunch of ACS to be reliable. Llewellyn might have something for that lying around.
