Official Zdro 1.0 Announcer?

Self-explanitory.

If 98a's announcer is counted as "Skulltag specific" and thus not able to be used here, who will step up for recording the Zandronum 1.0 Announcer?

More importantly, will there be a different system for "rewards", i.e. global killstreak announcements and other events?

THIRD, to help usher in candidates, is there a complete script of lines to record?

Besides, someone said I sound kinda like steve blum.

And I am familiar with Audacity, for the editing and what not.



ALSO, there should be a female anouncer.

Ya this would be helpful imo, sometimes you can miss out lines when recording, and since there are lots, yeah. D:

Open up the 98a announcer pk3. it shows there and yeah a new announcer would be great.

I plan on making 2 versions of the voice. one, normal announcer like,

and another deeper voice to resemble the 97D announcer.

I currently use the 97D announcer, and I hate the 98A announcer, My personal opinion

The 98a announcer is Zap, who is a Zandroadmin. I'm pretty sure -- correct me if I'm wrong -- he'd be okay with our using it. Still, more is better (and Zap's announcer is incomplete, anyway), so carry on.

If I could, I'd like to get Bouncy's All Caps Guy announcer in (sans the communist/capitalism phrases). It's literally great.

This. I haven't even thought of trying a new announcer since the first day All-Caps-Announcer came out back when. Bouncy would be perfect for a new zdro announcer.

I'd be more than delighted to do some announcers <including a more generic, zandronum-friendly version of the ACG one> if there's enough interest. :3
Glad people liked the ACG one, at least. XD

Edit: Hell, just recorded a new ACG announcer, with some possible bonus lines to boot <though some of them are just silly and meant to be fun =p >

The ALLCAPS guy sounds pretty nice, but I don't like that it's really muffled. (Or shall we say, dampened/silenced?)
