Dark-Assassin's Skulltag Forum Theme Override

Update 3rd June 2014
I am no longer supporting Stylebot and any themes aside from the Skulltag one.

I've heard plenty of times that some people do not like the available forum themes. Especially after I retired from the Zandronum staff.
So, just after I retired from staff, I wrote an override theme faithful to the original Skulltag Forums theme.

This will only work if you have Stylish installed.
Stylebot and any other style modifier will work fine as well.
  • You can get Stylish here:
If you use something other than Stylish, just grab the CSS from the download link and apply it with that.
Remember to remove the @-moz-document identifier if it's not supported on your plugin or browser.
  • Download

This override theme may be a tiny bit bugged or may look a bit weird. This could be due to a limitation to the site's design and possibly the browser you are using.
It works fine for me using both Stylish and Stylebot for Chrome, and Stylish for Firefox.

If you got any questions or bugs to report, either post here or you can find me in #armada.

Kinda sucks to not include Opera or IE. Although I do use each browser normally

Stylebot and Stylish are not avaliable for those browsers.
But as I said, if you use a different CSS override plugin, you can just copy+paste the CSS listed on the Stylish page.

Just now trying the Basic Style.. Kinda bright imo even on a Laptop Screen. Anyhow, I guess its somewhat better then the Default Theme.. Perhaps, you can put your St Clone Skin up on there?

Awesome. However, if you have the basic theme, it overwrites it. Had to disable it, just for the skulltag theme to show up correctly.

Thanks a ton DS. Your the best :p I can't stand that white in low light heh.

Update
  • Basic Style
    • Changed border color of input boxes and text areas
    • Added gradients to all buttons and selection boxes
    • Switched out all background images to gradients except the planet - No more resources coming from ZDoom forums
  • Skulltag Style
    • Fixed all background gradients for browsers that do not support webkit.
    • Moved the logo and it's background to the left of the screen, much like skulltag's one (Shout out if unliked)

Update
  • Basic Style
    • Fixed forum category header link colours
    • Fixed wiki background (Wiki will stay mostly unchanged)
  • Skulltag Style
    • Forced theme only on the forums as it currently visually destroys the wiki.
Note: Currently this only applies for Stylebot. Will update for Stylish soon.
May also change the formatting of the themes for the Stylish Plugin.

Small Typo for the Skulltag Override theme... Should be Zandronum.com/forum.. Not Forums :p Just looked over the URL where the style looks at, and saw it had an extra s there, but.. didn't it used to be Forums before??

I remember a few weeks ago, it was.

Well, that's fixed now. It only affected Stylebot anyway, as Stylish was properly defined.
Also, updated the themes for Stylish, same changes as listed above.

Not to say there's no use for this thing at all but I like the default "green" theme... I don't see why people hate it so much, it's easy on the eyes and very clean-looking...

This is pretty cool though, so thanks for the upload...? XD

I like this theme, but can you make one for the other Skulltag theme? I like the plain solid colors.

Sorry, I seem to be unable to understand what you are saying.

He wants "the other Skulltag theme." Remember, there were two? Skulltag, and "Classic" Skulltag?

I'll give it a try, but don't expect it to be perfect, or close.

Edit: How's this?
