I was actually watching the demo before I realized alt-tabbing made it desync horribly since this game is a giant steaming pile of shit. I'll check it out tonight and give my thoughts on it. From what I can just gauge though, banning someone for a good performance on DM for aimbotting is a tough call. It's most likely that those players were much worse than Capo, and Capo just had a good game or something.

Sharp's ban was overturned after a second look. Granted it was looked at originally but staff did make a rash decision with the initial ban. They are human, after all.

Does anyone have a link they could pm me regarding the demo? I'd like to look as well and see if there's any confirmation aimbot shots over suspicious shots.

I still stand by the fact that the evidence is not enough for a ban. A DM game vs poor players that is.

I looked this over and I don't believe Capo should have been banned. The evidence in the video is weak at best. Could we please discuss what specific parts of the demo warrant a ban? Here's a chat excerpt on the "fishy" parts of the demo:

I didn't check the chaingun stuff yet, but the other points are pretty weak. A lot of players shoot at walls when they're either too slow to hit the player (poor reflexes), or just aren't thinking. The confession stuff is dumb, obviously taken out of context. A lot of people say the same type of stuff after stomping others. The snapshots I didn't check either, but from what I saw he wasn't constantly hitting shots -- he was actually missing a fair bit.
