Well, if you really want to know, it's not much of a "clan" anymore but more of a Steam group. (some of us still play Zandy here and there)

Problem is that clans aren't really important at the moment. You're better off just playing and hanging out with people you can stand.

come join TM, we hold no standards and are entirely incompetent. We also have some of the community's most non-influential playerbase as we strive to keep our ethics at a comfortable setting of absolutely none.

Look through each clan here: http://zandronum.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?fid=46 , and see if you meet the qualifications and they are what you are looking for. Then try and get recruited through pming the leader or by whatever process they wrote. Have fun. (clan scene is pretty dead as everyone else here told you)

Depends on what you want in a clan too, some clans are dedicated to mods, some to coop/survival play, some to competition, etc. Speaking from the competitive clans department, the scene is pretty quiet at the moment, not sure what other clans are like.
