I Have Been Wanting To Do Some Invasion But There Is No Multiplayer Invasion Servers Anymore And The 5 Skulltag Maps I Have Overplayed. So Has Anyone Found/Made Invasion Maps That Are Actually Do-Able In Single Player? And Preferably One That Doesn't Add New Weapons/Monsters?

I don't know. Most invasion maps are designed for multiplayer, but there are a ton of invasion maps. Maybe you should try them.

Also, Please Do Not Type Like This, As It's REALLY Annoying.

Thats going to be hard to find as Invasion is generally a multi-player thing. Most of invasion maps also have custom stuff.

Ever tried to play stronghold? It does add new weapons and mobs though.
Or try to play some stock skulltag invasion.

Delta Invasion (dtinv) adds minimal extra monsters and is my favorite.
The Ultimate Torment and Torture Invasion (utnt_inv) has almost no new gameplay content and a few maps
