ZDoom's AltHud exists in Zandronum?

To start with, it's been a while since I've posted about... well, ANYTHING, on here.

Anyways, onto the point of this. (LOL)

So I'd been working on several different mods recently, and, for reference of course, found myself looking on the ZDoom wiki for help on setting up things. (like properly making a GAMEINFO lump) On there, I found the console command to activate\deactivate ZDoom's AltHud feature. I found out that this works on Zandronum, even some of the other related commands (hud_showsecrets, hud_showstats) work too. So, now the question is in my head. If Zandronum HAS the ZDoom AltHud, why isn't there a menu for it? Well, whatever the case might be. I made a WAD that adds a keysection for the AltHud.

Zan doesn't have the entire HUD section in the options, AltHud isn't even in the key section in gzdoom its in the hud options. -I didn't try the test versions, this is for the current zan version in use on servers.

Tbh i see Absolutely no reason to put this in the options menu what so ever, when you can just put the cmd in the console, especially for such a useless thing imho,

But i digress ill vote yes anyways

Most people don't know about hud_althud, which is a good reason to put it in the options menu.

The althud can't be modified by SBARINFO, which effectively gives people a HUD that they can count on to always tell them essential information. That's pretty useful.

It's just an oversight. If you make a tracker ticket for the missing menu entries, I'll add them eventually.

I find that a problem or oversight is that the ammo counter relies on the ammo list and isn't usually clear. It needs to have it directly displayed under the list.
Also, if the ammo being used does not have an icon, it will not be displayed.
But that's a problem or oversight with even the latest GZDoom.

There's so much stuff to customize in zandronum that isn't in the menu anyway(which already contains a massive amount of options). That's why the wiki exists.
I'd rather see the newer alt_hud features like for example that timer being ported to zandronum.

edit: i just noticed hud_althud isn't even mentioned on the wiki. :(
