Which version of the song is used for Zandronum? I'm trying to find it on youtube. Also as a side note, when playing single player is it possible to keep the game running/listen to music while alt tab? Thanks.

The version in Zandronum is the same as stock Doom 2.

D_SHAWN? Why not just use a wad editor and open up doom2.wad (don't save duh) and export the midi? Best quality possible.

"version" is dependant on your midi device; it's FMOD in zandronum by default and adlib-16 (iirc) in vanilla doom.
