Shotgun Frenzy's music

Hi, guys. Does anyone know what are the sources for the music is used in this wad (sfrenzy14.pk3/sfrenzy14_core.pk3)? I've found that D_MUS3.ogg is Mystery Meat and D_MUS2.ogg is Infected Lab, both from The Dark Side of Phobos remix, but I don't know where the rest come from, especially D_MUS4.ogg and D_MUS6.ogg. Does anyone know?

My way of finding out:
Put music in a video.
Upload to youtube
Get copyrighted.
Click link.
Find name.
Banned.

D_MUS4.ogg remains a mystery for me... I've also tried searching for it, but no luck.
