Missing font characters

For a while now I've had these sat in my Photobucket account
Was posted back in the ST days and it wasn't really thought of..even though these symbols are missing! D;
What do you reckon...would there be any chance of these being added at all?

I'm not sure how fonts work, but would they work in a skin WAD? Otherwise, it kind of sounds like the sort of thing to be added to ZDoom first.

These could easily be put into a WAD if one were to make a custom font using the FONTDEFS lump.

It would be cool to allow the ALT+1 through 9 characters in Zandro. I tried to set them up in FONTDEFS, but no dice... They get forced to question marks.
I'm talking about these:

Made them years ago so... yeah
