Problem with Opengl

Let's start from the beginning, first sorry my english. As my computer is too old I have serious problems with opengl, for example ... it does not work, how you can see:

It made me very sad, because the graphics opengl has many advantages that the software has not. First I tried to update my opengl, however it did not work. And I was already losing my hopes when I found this program: GLDirect
It can emulate opengl to directx, my surprise when I downloaded, installed and ran
But not the way I expected
In this case i'm trying to play psychophobia
So, I do not know what to do, give up, or is there a way to fix this, and I do not know if anyone knows how to and is willing to help me I will be grateful :3

There should be a GL Compatibility option on the IWAD menu. Try using this, it certainly worked for me on my old laptop.
If that doesn't work, then your system/GPU is probably too decrepit.

i had the same problem, i tried to use GLdirect as you, sadly, the only way to run GZDoom/OGL was to upgrade my pc :/ i had a pro savage s3 and pentium 4 1.7 GHZ now i have an nvidia 520 and intel celeron E3400 and i can run every zandronum mod in ogl fine, so yeah, i guess you need to upgrade your pc, i know how that feel :(

Well GLQuake could run on a lot lower specs.

I could run OpenGL on Windows 98 at 2001 PC with Pentium III 866MHz and nVIDIA GeForece2 MX400.
It did not work when screen settings were on 16 bit (0 fps), started to work flawlessly on 32 bit graphics.
By flawlessly I mean it has reached the vSync FPS with ease, at least in vanilla maps... something my 2009 laptop with Core 2 Duo ULV 1.2GHz and intel GMA could not do.
Try setting the screen depth to 32 bit.

even then his sytem is way to slow to do anything opengl related, even my old laptop (athlon XP m 2000+, 704mb ram, ATI 320 igp) has allot of trouble handling opengl (wel vannila maps work fine but mods like zh are extremely heavy on it) let alone such a crippled little thing he has. also regarding one_two's post, GLquake used a older GL version with less shaders less everything aka its requirements are nothing compared to today standards.

And different engine, anyway it looks like ATI video cards have problem with visual bugs and performance

I can confirm this, ATI + OpenGL = Pain in the Arse
