Seeing as nearly everybody is trying to jump on my neck because of my actions as of late, and continuously asking AlexMax to strip me from my admin powers, I might as well be crystal clear right here, right now.

Alright. First of all, about KalFoxis and ShadowFox's bans -- I don't care if your masterbans have expired. If you have a history of cheating AND ban-evading God knows how many times until now, you WILL stay banned (permanently, I should add). Hopes is not notorious for ban-evading, which is why he's free.

Secondly, about Danzoa. He was masterbanned due to a community vote (I think). It's been expired as well, and I was fine with it. The problem is, he aliased as "[TE]Godlike" in priv, and you guys know full well that aliasing in private CTF is against the rules. He was banned for only a month though, so no big deal.

Last, but not least, AVC/Woodpecker. That kid is excessively annoying, throws games at times, and also has a stupid habit of chatting midgame (like, all the time), which doesn't help those who want to play at all. He was sentenced a 3-months ban, in hopes that he will grow up by then.

Question I haven't answered?

Back on topic though, I don't see a problem with the bans to be honest. You shouldn't be worried about Soul either unless you have something to be guilty of.

I 100% agree with soul's decision to ban Kal Foxis and Shadowfox. He deserves credit for this, and I really hope any other server admin would do the same thing (if they haven't already) to rid our community of vermin like that.

In my opinion the Danzoa and woodpecker bans may be a little harsh. Yeah Danzoa was banned for the 'aliasing in priv' rule as [TE]Godlike, but didn't everyone know it was him by then already? And he had being using that name for about 2 months prior to people knowing he was Godlike. It's like most people will know me as SwiftShot, but I also alias as Samurai, but I don't get banned for it. The only reason I can guess I'm allowed to do that is because the difference between me and him is that I reveal my identity to anyone who asks in the server

I agree with TTA regarding Woodpecker, sure he can be an annoying kid sometimes, but does that really merit a 3 month ban? I see assholes in priv ctf every time I log in (I'm guilty of it myself too at times) so it seems to personally slap a 1/4 of a year ban on woodpecker (who is hardly much of a threat to anybody here) seems way to harsh, maybe a week or something would be more acceptable, but hey, its up to you at the end of the day.

Also I'm not jumping on the 'weh8soulbandwagon'. I know we have our differences at times, but for the record I think most of the time your act as a decent server admin for NJ. Sure I don't agree with all your decisions, but it would be kinda boring if I did :)

That's what Danzoa is saying, but in reality that isn't what happened at all. No one but maybe a very small minority knew who Godlike was, and the rest of us questioned why some random would name themselves after a player a lot of us know from Zdaemon. It wasn't until Soul gave me the IP that I pinpoint it to Danzoa from a cache masterban list on Skulltag. I made it public because it should be public knowledge.

He deserves the ban.

I have a small modicum of sympathy for Woodpecker because a lot of people, including Soul, do the only stupid shit in priv at times and get away with it. That includes myself when I throw 1 or 2 games. I personally dislike AVC anyway.

i advise you to stay out of the argument, because it's obvious there WAS admin abuse by legion. mobius may be a dick, but you won't help the issue by silencing legitimate claims - you are not the guy who pays for NJ and makes the rules, afaik.
